How is the price calculated?
Width, length, wall height, roof pitch, openings, use, site location and local loads shape the building price. Foundation, delivery, permit and installation scope are confirmed in the written quote so the number is not hiding assumptions.
Do I need a permit?
Most projects require review by a city, county or other authority. VMI checks the permit path, coordinates the building documents and helps file the permit; the authority still controls approval and timing.
What happens if the county says no?
GreenLight checks viability while the 5% initial deposit remains fully refundable. If a condition can be solved, VMI explains the change. If the project cannot move forward, the deposit is returned under the GreenLight terms.
Can I put the building up myself?
Some buyers self-erect. The written package and project conditions control what is supplied, and erection must follow the approved documents. If you want help, VMI can discuss qualified UpRight crews where available.
How long does the whole process take?
Engineering targets 6–10 business days and manufacturing typically takes 2–6 weeks after approval. Permit review, site readiness, changes, delivery access and crew availability affect the total project schedule.
What arrives on the truck?
The components and documents listed in the approved building package arrive against the written scope. Unloading equipment, staging space, site access, foundation work and erection responsibility are confirmed before delivery.
